These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from NORDENLY. NORDENLY is operated by NORDENLY HOME PTY LTD (ABN 69 701 376 267).
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. GST is included where applicable. Delivery charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your payment provider may apply separate terms.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment for reasons such as unavailable stock, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, an invalid delivery address or a legal restriction. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Product information
Check product dimensions, materials, electrical specifications, installation requirements and compatibility before ordering. For lighting, use only the specified bulb, voltage and installation method. Product photography is illustrative and natural materials may vary.
Discounts
Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, have no cash value and apply only during the stated offer period. The first-order code WELCOME10 is intended for one qualifying use per customer and may exclude gift cards, delivery charges, already-discounted products or other stated exclusions.

Returns and consumer guarantees
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Refunds & Warranties Guide. Faulty or misdescribed products are handled in accordance with applicable consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Risk and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for following product instructions and arranging qualified installation where required. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or installation contrary to supplied instructions. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.
